Pit Bull Terrier - Sasha - Medium - Young - Female - Dog
Woof (that means greetings in dog talk), My name is Sasha. I was dropped off beside the road. I was really afraid and stayed there three days waiting for my family to return, but they never did. I dont know why they threw me away. I think Im a good girl and dont know what I did wrong. A really nice woman saw me there and made sure I had food and water. She really didnt have room for any more rescue dogs but she said she just couldnt leave me there and on the third day, she told me she would be my foster Mom and that I could come to her home. I love it there. My foster Mom has several kiddie pools for me to play in and I just go in and out of them all the time. She laughs and tells me there is no way she can keep them clean with me going in and out of the pools so much. I love it!!! My favorite toys are empty plastic bottles that my foster mom washes out really well and then gives them to me. I just love to carry them around and toss them up in the air. Im very active and my foster Mom is having some health problems and I am a handful for her. I dont mean to be but Im only 11 months old and just have so much energy to burn up. She really wants to find me a good, loving home where Ill be happy and well cared for. I like other dogs but I really want a place that is all mine where I can get all of the love and attention. Because I am so active, my foster Mom also thinks it would be best if I dont have any human siblings either. She is afraid that I might knock them down and hurt them. I wouldnt mean too but I like to run and jump and sometimes forget to look where I am going. My foster Mom tells me that I need to learn some manners so I guess I will need to go to school to get some of that, whatever that is. Do you think you could be my new mom or dad? Ive heard that dogs like me (Staffordshire Terrier, Pit Bull) have a bad reputation, but thats another word I dont understand. If someone will treat me with love and respect and help me learn that manners stuff, I dont think I will get a bad rep. Mike knows my foster Mom and is trying to help her find the right home for me where I will be safe and loved. Thanks for pawsing to read my story.
